Sustainability at the Core of Interior Innovation

At IDS 2026, we partnered with XFrame & Henderson 2 Office to deliver a circular interior solution that reflects the future of adaptable construction. As a company focused on ethical manufacturing and responsible fabrication, we were proud to support a platform that is redefining how interior spaces are built, installed, and reconfigured.

This collaboration was rooted in a shared belief that sustainability and design excellence should operate together. Circular systems challenge the traditional approach to interior construction by prioritizing long-term value over short-term installation. Rather than treating spaces as fixed environments, this model supports adaptability, reconfiguration, and responsible material use from the outset.

Rethinking the Trade Show Environment

The installation was more than a trade show booth. It was a built demonstration of what circularity looks like in practice. XFrame’s system is designed to maximize material utilization, reduce waste, and allow for disassembly and reuse. Instead of building spaces that are fixed and disposable, the platform supports interiors that evolve with changing needs.

Trade shows often result in temporary constructions that are dismantled and discarded. This project challenged that norm. Every element within the booth was conceived as part of a larger system, capable of being relocated, reassembled, or integrated into future environments. The structure was not only visually compelling but strategically designed to remain in circulation beyond the event itself.

By presenting a modular interior solution in a high-visibility setting like IDS, the booth became a conversation starter about the future of construction. It demonstrated that adaptability and sustainability can be embedded directly into the architecture, rather than applied as an afterthought.

From Concept to Built Environment

Working closely with XFrame, our team at Digital Fabrication managed the production and installation of the booth elements to ensure the system was represented with accuracy and intention. Translating a modular concept into a fully realized space required detailed coordination between design, engineering, and fabrication.

Every structural component and finished detail was fabricated to reflect the precision of the XFrame platform. The clarity of the system depended on disciplined execution. Connections were deliberate, tolerances were controlled, and assemblies were designed to support repeatability. The goal was not only to build a booth but to faithfully express the logic of the modular framework.

Transparency in Construction

On the show floor, the result was a space that felt intentional and fully resolved. The structure expressed clarity and order, while the finishes highlighted the system’s adaptability. Rather than concealing how it was built, the booth embraced transparency, allowing visitors to understand how each element contributes to a flexible interior solution.

This openness was central to the experience. By revealing connection points and structural logic, the booth communicated confidence in the system’s engineering. Visitors could see how components worked together and how the framework could be expanded or reconfigured in different contexts.

The space functioned as both an environment and an educational tool. It invited industry professionals to consider how modular thinking can simplify installation, reduce waste, and extend the lifespan of interior assets.

Building Responsibly for What Comes Next

As an ethical fabrication partner, we approach every project with an understanding of its broader impact. Responsible sourcing and efficient production are central to our processes. Supporting XFrame and Henderson 2 Office allowed us to apply these principles within a forward-thinking framework.
